Some signature cocktails include the Brown Butter Old Fashioned\, Clarified New York Sour\, and High Brow Batanga. An exclusive Disney Select Bourbon Flight will also be available. Complementing the drinks will be a menu of globally-inspired small plates\, expertly crafted by Disney’s culinary team. Sample offerings include Truffled Ahi Tuna\, Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau\, Funghi Flatbread\, and a Chef’s Selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats.
