This year has a standout dish that I absolutely HAVE to rave about: the Musubi Fried Rice: Hawaiian Favorite in a Bowl.
Seriously, stop what you’re doing and add this to your must-eat list. I just devoured a bowl, and my taste buds are still doing a happy dance. Imagine all the deliciousness of a classic Spam musubi – that savory grilled Spam, the fluffy rice, the nori wrap – but deconstructed and elevated into a flavorful fried rice.
